I keep starting these new e-columns like “In Your Purse“, “Experimental Style“, and “Bargain Off the Runway“… I’m out of control.

So, I bring to you “The Deets”. The newest column that focuses on clothing with intricate detail and interest-bringing aspects that make you look rich and f-ing savvy.

The first installment travels to Lulu*s Fashion Lounge, where details are abounding in every shape, color, and cut.

Summer in Santorini Ring

$10

Check out the beautiful colors in this ring. Turquoise, gold, coral… All of spring’s hottest. Perfect for a lunch out, or (if you’re dressing Hampton’s in the City) a night out.

“She’s a Brown Eyed Girl” Sundress

$44

The cutout embroidery at the bottom, the rouched bodice… The warm brown that looks good with ANYONE’S skintone… What more could you ask for in a summer dress!?

Extra Wide Gaucho in Gray

$54

Sure, gauchos get a bad rap… I’m not contesting that. But these are different! They hit above the knee and have a wonderful extra-wide sash that ties into a very cool bow at your side. I love the idea of these shorts for summer/spring.

Naughty Monkey Colorful Talk Peep Toe Heel

$70

The buckle, the studs, the green, the yellow, the wooden stacked heel!! What’s not to love?

Betty Button Top

$35.50

I love the color, the draping and especially the 5 little buttons that grace the top of this… top. Plus, the bubble hem is super comfortable!

Peachy Keen Top

$33

Peaches and cream! I love it! The satiny band around the bottom and the trim at the bust are just so subtly perfect!

That concludes the first episode of The Deets!

xoxo.
