This is what I wore to go get delicious sushi and a cocktail with my dear friend Joy in a really eclectic, trendy part of town.

I just wanted to be pastel and a bit edgy. Plus, I’ve never layered this ruffled vest over more than a ribbed tank, so I thought it’d be fun to experiment with a tee. It was so-so. This isn’t really typical of my style, but I liked it! It’s not horribly flattering, though… Experiment complete!

I’d show you my smiling mug, but it’s a bit… flat today. Perhaps tomorrow I’ll do something fun with my clothes to go pick up C. from the airport!
