If you’re a regular reader, you’ll know that I’m absolutely dress crazy! I love dresses, I love their feminine qualities, their edgy qualities, their versatility, their classiness, their timelessness…. I could go on.

It’s definitely not rare that I’m captivated by a dress, but it’s rather unusual that I’m caught staring at a glowing computer screen, mouth hanging open in pure awe of a garment. This happened to me this morning as I laid my tired eyes upon the BCBGMAXAZRIA Purple Silk Origami Dress.

The cut, the detail, the sheen, the skin-to-coverage ratio, the color… It’s essentially perfect. Even better, it’s affordable (and entirely worth it) at $258 $154.

It’s currently Bluefly’s insider “Flying Off The Shelves” dress that you see in the left sidebar and I’m ever-so thankful it’s there.

I can’t wait to order, wear, treasure, make sweet love to, take care of…. this dress.
I’m in love.
