Bubble Hems – What say you?

Over at The Demoiselles, we’re discussing the ups and downs of the ominous bubble hem.

Most often seen in skirt or dress form (however, a commenter says that she once received a bubble hem shirt?! Yikes!)

I’ve, personally, seen it done REALLY well, and seen it look absolutely disasterous.

Do you have bubble hem anything? Who does it work on? Who should never touch one?
