One of my absolute favorite writer/blogger/what-have-yous ever, Ashe Mischief of Dramatis Personae has ventured beyond the walls of blog-land and into the amazing world of physical creation! Today marks the launch of her new product line: Mischief, My Dear!

I’ve always wished that I was born and raised in the era when a gentleman wouldn’t leave the house without his hat, and a lady always had a mess of hatpins, long enough to murder with. There was something so classic about that era – values were important, social graces were at their height… I’d probably hate it. Remember my Gossip Girl fashion-tracking days? Yes, I miss them, too… But I remember fondly taking note of each and every headband that Blair Waldorf wore in an episode and lusting after them, constantly looking for a doppelganger that would suit my high-society-bitch ways. Well, had this product line been out then, I could have used those hours for something more constructive, like… shopping online. I found an amazing rosette headband from Marciano that would have set me back $68, and I’m glad I didn’t spring for it, because MMD has an even better one:
