Maybe it’s the nasty state of the economy, or just my 14 year old inside voice screaming “gothy subculture!”, but lately I’ve been really attracted to all things anachronistic (victorian/edwardian), architectural, and glamorous – with a little touch of “spooky”. Many people who view this inspiration board may be surprised that it’s not a total blackout – there are peachy-pinks, red, and even white in the mix. Just because it’s “dark glamour” doesn’t mean “only black”! It’s a feeling or idea, don’t take it too literally.

What a lush, gorgeous inspiration board. I’m feeling drawn to the punky more than the romantic/goth, but I still just love these looks and fun pieces.
Sal´s last blog post was Spring Transitional Swap-outs!
I often feel like I can’t pull this look off because of my cutesy doll-face, but then I remember how adorable Helena Bonham Carter looks all gothed-out.
I wish you could get those boots. They were definitely my favorite, especially in the ankle.

Great pics. I love the gothic-meets-feminine in a lot of what you have posted, like the lace, short skirts, etc.
On the other side of the spectrum, I have been indulging in floral prints and bright colors to welcome Spring!
I love the black lace bustier with the coral-coloured lips. Love!
