Be Jealous!

I have created a list of things for you to be jealous of today.

For the record, today is May 11, 2010.

1. It’s my 25th birthday. Yes, I’ve reached one quarter century. In the last 25 years, I have gotten a lot done, I’d say! Most impressive: not dying. I’ve also learned more than my head can handle (at times), experienced things that will never happen again, and hey – if I had a car in Chicago, my insurance would be lower today. Yep, things are good.

Which are mine?

2. I am in Seattle. Hometown joy! I’m seeing my family, my friends, and hills. Real live topographical-map-style hills. Chicago ain’t got nothin’ on these humps.

3. I have the best friend on Earth. You know my platonic lover, Jen. She has done the unthinkable – she has purchased for me a pair of shoes (SHOES) that have been hiding in my Savvy Circle account for months, and months, and months. Last ones left. In my size. 50% off. Delicious Miss Sixty Scarletts. The link will take you to the non-half-off version ($160). Aww, so sad.
