The march of the minimalist-loving, broke and beautiful Margiela Army is getting louder and louder the closer to November 15th we get.

The cult-toting house of conceptual & dark fashion, Maison Martin Margiela, has paired up with H&M to release a capsule collection under the same retail name that released Anna Dello Russo’s debut fashion line, and has successfully executed past fashion collaborations with Versace, Stella McCartney, Victor & Rolf and Karl Lagerfeld. Margiela is the “WTF IS THAT? I WANT IT.” icing on the fashion cake.

The price points on this collection are definitely a touch higher than I’m used to – par for the course for H&M’s designer collections. Full information about the collection hasn’t been formally released yet, so specifics are kind of limited. The prices we do have were taken from a line sheet from a store in China, and the prices were converted over. The price sheet states that the collection will range from $63 to $237… but I have my doubts. I feel like even $230 is low for H&M, and for a designer like Margiela. There are so many full-length coats and fabric used up in 900 miles of draping… I wouldn’t be surprised to see a few $300 items thrown in for good measure!

That being said, the lookbook images are breathtaking and interesting… And plentiful. The collection is set to appear in stores on November 15, 2012… and online! Click through to see the rest of the images of Maison Martin Margiela x H&M!

Would you wear any pieces from this collection?
