I’ve noticed myself gravitating towards purple more and more as I age. I’m not sure if this plays into the strange and disconcerting phenomenon that is Old Women in Head-to-Toe Purple, but as the years slip by, my fear of lavender track suits seems to dissipate.
That’s not to say I’m not picky about my purples, though. There is one purple that I am (at least currently) really, really not fond of. It’s that super-pinky purple – magenta? fuchsia? – that warm-toned, crappy purple. Do you know what I’m talking about? Well, you won’t see it in this post, so don’t worry about it.
