If there was ever a perfect weekend to spend all of your giftcards – it’s probably Memorial Day Weekend.
Of course, every holiday has its own corresponding sale at most department stores, so it’s really no big surprise – but it’s the extra day off that most of you get that really makes it sweet. (All of the unemployed people can briefly cry-Skype with each other as they work through Monday. Again.)
The three-day-weekend sales also seem to be the sales with the biggest deals. Not only are all of the biggest stores on Earth competing for your discount-loving business, but they’re all big enough to support things like “40% off everything!” sales. It’s a beautiful thing.
Here, I will keep an ongoing list of the Memorial Day Weekend sales for you to check up on!
Memorial Day Sales for Shopping Bliss
Alloy is literally having a sale on everything. Including, but not limited to: Buy one, get one 50% off for jeans and pants, and up to 50% off tops, shirts and dresses.
ASOS has a 20% off code: TAKE20 – good through Tuesday!
C. Wonder, where I discovered my very favorite bowls, is having a sale where you can take 25% off orders over $100, but the real good deal they have right now is their 50% off sale deal with code SALE50.
Candystore Collective is one of my favorite, semi-secret spots! Full of unique and cute accessories, clothes, and jewerly. 50% off all weekend with code SUMMER50.
If you don’t know about J. Crew Factory – you’re about to. It’s the… well, it’s the factory store for J. Crew. Everything is cheaper, that’s the point! Nothing else matters. Except their 40% off everything sale.
JCPenney – no longer JCP – is giving you 20% off everything with the code SPREE10.
One of my all-time favorite places to shop, Kohl’s, is offering 20% off everything with the code SUNFLOWER. (Not a bad time to pick up some of that Derek Lam x Kohl’s collection!)
Another semi-secret, favorite spot: Last Call, the outlet of Neiman Marcus. Take an extra 35% off lady-clothes and 30% off everything else?
