A new Johnny Cash album was released, containing new songs from the late legend. The tracks are taken from a lost recording session from the 1980s that ended up being shelved by Cash’s label, Columbia Records, until his son found them last year. The album, Out Among The Stars, is out now – the single for this release is called “She Used To Love Me A Lot” and is accompanied by this endearingly haunting video:

My amazing friend from high school, Jaquy Yngvasson, has started a docu-series about living life gluten-free! I remember her being frequently sick when we were younger, and it turns out she had a big, huge gluten intolerance! She’s dedicated her life to finding the best ways to live gluten-free in a wheat-loving world. No, really! She became a chef and everything! Now she’s traveling the globe, searching for the secret to thriving through food as someone with allergies.

Check out the first episode of her docu-series, Tasty Freedom, here:

Amazing, Jaquy! Such a cool project. Share it with your friends who have food sensitivities!

 Have a great weekend!
