Forgive my assertion in the title of this post, but when I say “you need me,” what I really mean is… Hm, no, you know what? I’m sticking with “you need me” because you need this. I already have it otherwise I would be saying we need this.
Yeah, one of these. An immersion blender, hand blender, blendy stick – whatever you wanna call it, it’s like… imperative that everyone have one of these. I’ve never encountered a more versatile kitchen tool that isn’t a spatula or something.
With this, I have made everything from smoothies to burgers to brownies. I have had the same Cuisinart Smart Stick Hand Blender 4 Piece Set for over 3 years, and it’s still going strong.
