It’s kind of annoying how seriously the beauty community takes itself sometimes. In the Instagram race to look the most unattainable with the best lighting, it can really make the world of makeup seem, well, vapid and cutthroat. While I hate (hate.) this dumb, terrible “holiday,” the levity of these beauty guru April Fool’s Day videos is a totally welcome disruption in an annoyingly competitive industry.
