Become a Broke & Beautiful Partner

We love getting creative about sponsorship.

If we can work with a cool brand to help them show off their even cooler products to our readers readers in a fun, innovative way – we’re all over it. With backgrounds in marketing, art, design, and writing, it’s fair to assume that we’re pretty excited that you’re considering a creative partnership with us. Let’s create a campaign with impact!

Along with conventional banner ads and topically relevant text links, we offer ad design and sponsored posts. Please email lindsay(at)brokeandbeautiful.com to inquire about prices.

Product-Reviews

Reviews

I’m more than happy to review your products for you. However, sending me a product for review does not obligate Broke & Beautiful to promote, post about or mention your product through our blog, social media outlets or e-mail. We proudly support products we believe in, and if you’ve got faith in your product, contact us for an address and send away!

Here are some people we’ve worked with to create product reviews and other features:

Giveaways

Giveaways

If you’re interested in sponsoring a giveaway or contest featuring your products, you’re more than welcome – provided your merchandise fits the genre and theme of the site (fashion, sales, beauty, food, music, home decor, budget lifestyle, etc…). For example, John Deere, Mercedes-Benz or Soccer-4-Less may not want to participate.

We’ll set up the giveaway and include 1-2 of your social links as extra entries. If you’d like something more complex, integrated, or with a wider reach, please contact us to discuss pricing.

The Fine Print

Broke & Beautifulsm accepts 300×250 & 125×125 image or banner ads. We recognize that these banner sizes are uncommon, and would be happy to design and provide an image ad for you. We also offer sponsored posts, but are very selective and specific regarding the content – it must be on-topic (meaning fashion, food, home decor, music, or budget-related).

All ads are subject to approval.  If your ad is not approved we will build one for you. Please also send two additional images of your company’s product if you need an ad created for you. Ad design is also complimentary for company’s who aren’t able to create one. All ads will match the style of Broke & Beautiful.

    Many of my
friends have talked about how Rodan and Fields representatives have impeded on their
friendships on Facebook with so many posts. They show photos of people of
before and after and make it “appear” to be someone that they know. 99% of the
time It is obviously a corporate produced campaign ad, designed to sell on
Facebook. Although it has miffed me to have to skim over all these ads, it has
peaked my interest in their products. In one way the ad has worked in getting
my interest but the company won’t get me to purchase without non biased
reviews. Please, please, is there any way that you could review some of their products?
Reading a trustworthy blogger would win me over much faster than those ads.
    Thank you.

    • Hey Bea! I think I know the company you’re talking about, and that ad campaign sounds totally dodgy! Thanks so much for considering me to be a trustworthy blogger – I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. I will look into the company more (and Facebook will probably just flood me with ads but what else is new) and see about getting back to you with a review!

Thanks so much for the tip!! xo

Fingers crossed you will be able to give a review! Thanks!
