Amazing!
In discussing Hilary Clinton‘s wardrobe (at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner last Saturday night), she says something I’ve been thinking ever since Hilary denied Queen A. Wintour’s offer for a Vogue cover:
“Hilary should wear Versace–a dress, not trousers. She doesn’t need to wear trousers to show she’s strong.”
Which is quite similar to Anna‘s thoughts on the matter:
“The notion that a contemporary woman must look mannish in order to be taken seriously as a seeker of power is frankly dismaying.”
Preach it, girl! If there were any ladies who live in the public eye that I’d like to see say what I was thinking, Donatella Versace and Anna Wintour would definitely be in my top 3. (My third choice? Dakota Fanning. How awesome would that be?)

I've been saying Hilary would might actually make me like her if she wore a dress or ten too. If she's going to pull the "I'm a strong empowered woman" card, then she should dress like a woman. My power dress is a simple wrap dress that is cut just above the knee. The dress pretty much works on everyone, and matching it with high heels gives me height (which I greatly need) and sex appeal.
Chelsea Rae: Girl, you and I - same wavelength. I can't vote for a woman who hides her feminine wiles! That's... anti-everything I stand for, you know?
