As we all know, finding an organic-fabric clothing line that offers something above and beyond blank, basic garments is a little less than impossible. I only say “a little less” because I’ve been able to discover a handful, Salt’s Organic Clothing being one of them.
When I initially found them, I was skeptical about the diversity it would offer. After talking with Salt’s designer, Jennifer Graham, and learning that their products are made from hemp, soy, bamboo and organic cotton – I started to get excited that maybe this was the line of eco-friendly garments I’ve been waiting for!
Then I found this:
The lines and the shaped waist completely took over my central nervous system. I love it. The high neck is unique and the whole piece just looks so cozy.
There are tons more styles on their site, as well as more colors! Go visit!
xoxo.

Vancouver's home to a couple of eco-friendly lines and designers that offer really cute unique things: Elroy Apparel, Two of Hearts, Nicole Bridger, just to name a few.

Oh, and that tie-waist skirt looks like it'd be great for salsa!

You might like Fashion Ethic, too. It's a collection of clothes from a number of vendors and designers, but all the clothes are "fashionably responsible." Very pretty stuff, too: http://site.fashionethic.com/
I also loved going to Bele Chere in Asheville, NC. Lots of organic and otherwise ethical designers.
I love that little green ruffled blouse!
EVERYTHING looks so comfy and stylish - great find, Miss Elle.
