I’m seeing prints (on tops and pants and everywhere else) get louder and louder, and in the battle of for and against, I am decidedly for printed everything. I’m also very “for” Target’s Merona brand. The quality is worth much more than you pay.

I have only bought a few items at CR...years ago. I was not that impressed with the quality of their clothes but that may have changed, have not bought anything in a long time. I love the sweaters you found at Target! I also love Target's Merona brand. So unique and prints are everywhere. Whats great is just in case prints are not as big next year these sweaters are affordable. Its always good not to spend a lot on trendy items.
Charlotte Russe's quality is just "ok" I go shopping there ususally when they have there $5 top sales, now there shoes are pretty good :)
