A good wrap top will keep you looking as awesome as Diane Von Furstenberg when you are as old as Diane Von Furstenberg. That’s pretty old, but that’s also pretty hot, so it’s not a bad deal.
Under a blazer, you look like an architecture protégé, but with a pair of white, wide leg pants, you look like a Ralph Lauren Resort advertisement. But under a motorcycle jacket or a grandpa sweater, it’s a whole different direction. For being a simple concept of left-over-right, wrap tops certainly cover a lot of bases.
I was surprised to see this available in all sizes at Last Call because it’s pretty classic and perfect, not to mention it has a cool, unfussy neckline and a joyous absence of collars (hate them, sorry). Oh, and it’s 30% off, making it about as much as a pizza.

Collars that wrap around the neck in a shawl-like fashion are my favorite. Anything that makes a piece of clothing feel a little extra cozy makes me smile, and this otherwise very tailored and proper top’s comfort-inspired twist definitely makes it special.

You can never go wrong with a classic wrap top or dress! It's a perfect way to be classically-chic.

Oh my young yet broke & beautiful fashion guru, be careful what you say I'm sure many of your followers are "old" like DVF. I am no where near as chic & beautiful as she is but I do try and keep up with you kids & not look foolish. I always enjoy your blog but this comment hurt.
Sorry, Maryann! My sense of humor might not be to your liking, then. I actually said Diane VF was hot - didn't say a single negative thing about being old! Not sure where there is offense to take, but nevertheless, sorry that you were hurt by my little joke.
Also, referring to me as "young" is no better than referring to Diane Von Furstenburg as "old" - so I'm not sure what you're getting at, exactly!
Not try to get at anything, the years go by way too quickly, enjoy your youth. Did not mean to offend you either.
No harm no foul, Maryann! I hope you have a great day, and I will enjoy my youth if you promise to continue enjoying yours. :) xo
