(A)DD: Rachel Ray Stoneware Set of Ramekins

Paging all bakers of small things, throwers of dinner parties, and people who just have a sourceless affinity for micro-sized objects — this post is for us you.

Start planning your individual servings and find or make three friends to share with. She bothers me endlessly but Rachel Ray has excellent baking dishes and these are no exception just because they’re adorable, colorful, perfectly designed 10 oz. ramekins!

I have fawned over Rachel Ray’s stoneware baking dishes for actual years, no exaggeration. In fact, when Albertson’s, a grocery store near me that I don’t use very often, was running a giveaway for a full set I deliberately shopped there in order to receive the little stamps I needed in order to enter as many times as possible. No shame in my bakeware game.

And ramekins. I am a tiny object lover, I can’t help it. 10 oz. is the perfect amount for individual desserts or to use as prep dishes (which is what happens to a lot of my current ramekins… and small dishes… and tiny storage containers…). Here are some great recipes to use with these ramekins:

Mac and Cheese
Frittatas with Kale,Mint and Pecorino
Fresh Nectarine Pies
Cherry Clafoutis

I can’t say that I own any of Rachel Ray’s baking dishes yet, but this day may change all of that.

For whatever reason, these ramekins are 75% off, making the price $9.99 for a set of four. A set of four. Usually I get tricked and see a great price like that only to find that I expected 400% more dishes for my money. This time, though… This time is my time for cheap ramekins.

These dishes are also great tools in the kitchen, above and beyond prep bowls. These are great vessels for roasting garlic, melting butter, or creating layered dishes. I’m not sure what the stock is like on this set of ramekins, but that price means it’s going to move fast! I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have one in my cart right now… Godspeed!

Lindsay: Probably watching Netflix.
