In three days, theaters across the country will be swimming with people. We’ve been waiting for The Avengers: Infinity War since we first heard about it, and after catching up on Guardians of the Galaxy, and Thor – we can’t wait much longer!
Fortunately, there are ample distractions as we ramp up to the film release date. Her Universe, a brand that consistently releases affordable and wearable geek fashion, has come out with an Avengers: Infinity War collection full of athleisure clothing, accessories, and a batch of beauty products including lip glosses and an eyeshadow palette.

My favorite thing about geek fashion is, well, that it’s made by geeks! And one of the best thinks about geeks is that their creativity and imaginations are still perfectly in-tact. Thanks to constant immersion into worlds of fantasy, there is a literally endless supply of inspiring content for them to devour, obsess over, and then infuse into other formats.
In this case, Her Universe got real, real into the Infinity Stones that the recent Marvel films have revolved around. These six stones are ancient, powerful, and can only be used by certain people – others are literally destroyed by it. Each stone is a different, vibrant color and controls a different aspect of the universe. Her Universe has an athleisure outfit for each of the Infinity Stones, and each outfit contains 1-3 pieces of clothing and echoes the color of the stone it represents.

Her Universe collections typically have a wide size range, as it was a major goal of the founder to have an inclusive line that fit all body types. The Avengers: Infinity War collection is no different, offering juniors sizes XS-3X (0-21) and plus sizes 0X-6X (12-30).
You can find this collection exclusively at Hot Topic, both online and in-store, though plus sizes are only offered online. You’ll notice that every item in this collection is marked down, and that’s because Hot Topic is running a sale promotion where nearly everything on their website is 20% off.
If you’re not into the idea of athleisure (a word that my spellcheck officially hates), then consider this collection as an update for your actual workout clothes. Each piece was designed with functionality first, Infinity Stones second, and Her Universe has done an out of this world job combining the two. (See what I did there?)
Here are each of the Her Universe outfits, each inspired by a different Infinity Stone:
Space Stone Outfit
The Time Stone outfit includes a performance tank with mesh panels and a dramatic T-back. Down the front is “SPACE” in a gradient of transparencies. It looks super cool!
The other side of the image is actually not associated with the Time Stone, but is just a general Infinity Stone piece. It’s one of the coolest garments in the entire collection: a tour tee. On the front of the stonewashed, faded black tee is an Avengers logo with all six of the Infinity Stones, and on the back, just like on a tour tee, it lists locations. This time, however, the locations represent where each Infinity Stone was found. There’s only one mysterious stone left to be found…
Reality Stone Outfit
For Reality Stone, they’ve created a black ringer tee with red trim, and the signature Infinity Stone collection tape going down the shoulders. The tape features the name of each stone in graphic black and white.
Power Stone Outfit
This is one of my favorites – the Power Stone outfit is based around a skort! On top of being awesome by definition, this skort also has pockets and a comfy drawstring waist.
Soul Stone Outfit
The Soul Stone outfit is one of the most lounge-able, and centers around an oversized workout shirt with even more oversized text running down the right side reading “SOUL.” It also features the Infinity Wars collection tape along the shoulders.
Time Stone Outfit
Yet another badass spin on the athleisure trend! This hoodie-meets-shirtdress is so incredibly cool and adorable. The vibrant forest green accents are actually mesh panels which adds even more interest to this not-so-basic basic. The Infinity War tape runs down the sides of the dress which has to be flattering, you know what I mean?
Mind Stone Outfit
The Mind Stone outfit is the most irresistable, if you ask me. A matchy-matchy cropped hoodie and jogger set is like music to my eyes, and I love the yellow and black together. The back of the oversized cropped hoodie reads “MIND,” and the tape runs down the shoulders and sides again, but this time, it’s flanked by two yellow borders which add major appeal. I also love the Infinity War tape used as hoodie strings!
Infinity Stones Outfit
Last but not least… Yes! Bonus outfit! This is the Infinity Stones outfit which includes an incredible gold lamé bomber jacket, which may or may not be reversible to a galaxy print, some compression running shorts, and a kickass sports bra with a Y-back. The overall motif is shiny, shiny gold with circuit board patterns on the sports bra and shorts.
