Style Suthsaying: Mustard and Violets

As we take the turn towards spring, especially with the onslaught of newbie trends from the current NY Fashion Week, we’re starting to see glimpses of the clairvoyance that spews from the sewing machines of top designers.

While I know it’s no Proenza Shouler… It’s still got some GREAT items in it!

Ruffle Trim Tank Top from Wet Seal$17.50
Jonathon Aston Gothic Baroque Pattern Tight
Top Shop Striped Short with Turn-up£28
Debenham’s Grey Hooded Bomber Jacket£35
MIA Easy Rider Boot$142
Bangles from Claire’s and Oliver Bonas
Fyrinnae Loose Eyeshadow in Prince Alarming$5.25

Not too shabby – those boots really upped the budget, but they were too hot, I’m sorry!

Show me some of your favorite mustard/violet pieces… OR tell me what colors YOU think will be hot for spring!

Probably watching Netflix.

Oooh, that jacket – I think I’m in love.

It’s too bad mustard makes me look ill; pairing it with violet is so interesting and pretty.
