As the official first post of Summer 2013, I feel that the summeriest of all wedges ought to be featured – and it’s probably not what you expect.
Is it what you expected? The TOMS Calypso wedge has been on my list of “Things I Really Really Need” for ages, yet I still haven’t made my move. This summer… this summer will be different.
TOMS, if you don’t have some of your own, are freaking comfortable. The sizing is a little tough, and usually you should go down a half-size when buying their canvas flats (in my experience, as well as some friends’), but I’m not sure if that applies to the wedges. These are actually on of many wedge styles that have rolled out of the TOMS design room over the last few years, but they’re my favorite.
