Don’t let the price of e.l.f. Cosmetics trick you into thinking they’re cheap and useless. As one of the most affordable makeup brands on the market, e.l.f. constantly blows beauty bloggers and consumers away with their quality. This year, they have 11 limited edition holiday bundles available for sale that include at least three e.l.f. products – some include as many as six!
I’m not even sure why e.l.f. bothered to price these value sets because they’re all 50% off through December 31, 2016. Yeah, every single one is half off for the rest of the year, making every last one under $10.
e.l.f. Lash Out Loud $16 $8
No two bundles are alike, really, and only one of them comes with skin-tone-specific colors, seen in the above kit. I bring that up specifically because I got so annoyed when I saw that Sephora released their (admittedly enticing) Trending Beauty Products Bundle for $75 but it includes a freaking concealer in the shade Custard… What? Who approved that? Not everyone is light-skinned with a yellow base, okay? So please know, the Lash Out Loud kit includes a face powder in the shade “Ivory.”
e.l.f. First Date Kit $10 $5 & e.l.f. Molten Eye $13 $6.50
If you have four dollars rolling around in your bank account, you can afford one of these. If you have a little more than that, you have like all of your friends covered for stocking stuffers this year. Honestly, you could start someone’s makeup collection with one or two of these. There are eyeshadow palettes rolling around with lip products and liners and mascaras… There’s a kit for everyone.
The kit for me is probably the e.l.f. Bring on the Drama kit:
e.l.f. Bring on the Drama $16 $8
This is an ultra-witchy kit, made just in time for the end of Halloween season, so you know they’re serious. A hydrating black lipstick, eyeshadow palette, mascara, and some lashes complete this bundle. The eyeshadow palette is giving me a little bit of a UD Naked vibe, too.
