While browsing through the Stila Cosmetics website in mental preparation for the upcoming Stila Memorial Day Sale, I started noticing something curious… As I cruised through the New Arrivals section, I was seeing an awful lot of strike-through prices… You know, like ~~$20~~ $9. ~~$45~~ $22.
